Our Favorite Things We Built in 2024
Happy New Year from all of us at Brellium! We hope you had a joyful holiday season and are as excited as we are for what’s ahead in 2025.
Looking back, 2024 was an incredible year of growth for Brellium. A year ago, we were proud to be working with just three customers. Now, we’re honored to support 50 organizations—helping them improve their workflows, ensure compliance, and deliver better care.
To kick off the new year, we’re celebrating some of the coolest features we built in 2024. Here’s a quick roundup of our biggest updates:
1) API Access
Enterprise customers can now access all their data in Brellium through a secure, enterprise-grade API. It’s never been easier to integrate Brellium with your existing systems!
2) Custom Emails
This year, we introduced emails and have been improving and iterating on it ever since with custom templates, flags, notifications, and more. Emails are sent automatically and generated instantly. On-demand emails can be set up on certain events such as a question failing, a critical error, or an audit failing.
3) Critical Error Notifications
Brellium can now send you instant notifications for critical errors, like prescribing antipsychotics without a supporting diagnosis.
4) In-App Instant Notifications
We’ve enhanced communication by enabling instant feedback directly within Brellium. No more juggling external platforms—everything happens in one place.
5) Permissions
Admins now have more control than ever.
• Customize user permissions and data access.
• Use expanded filtering options to create tailored data views.
6) Advanced Filtering
Filter data by question, state, date, and more, making it easier to find exactly what you need, when you need it.
7) Genie Analytics
Get deeper insights with Genie Analytics.
• Track prescriptions and provider trends.
• Analyze client goal progress by session location.
• Monitor hospitalization rates following specific events.
8) MDM & E/M Calculations
We launched a game-changing tool for behavioral health: automatic determination of Medical Decision Making (MDM) and Evaluation and Management (E/M) levels directly from your chart notes.
Thank you for being part of our journey in 2024. Here’s to an even more innovative 2025! If you’d like to explore any of these features further, reach out to your account manager or visit our website.
