We’ve Raised $16.7 Million to Build the Future of Clinical & Payor Compliance
Our Series A funding moves us closer towards achieving our mission: to improve the quality of care in the U.S. healthcare system.
We’re excited to share that Brellium has raised $16.7 million in Series A funding, led by First Round Capital and Left Lane Capital, with participation from Menlo Ventures, Necessary Ventures, Fiat Ventures, Kearny Jackson, Thirty Madison, and others.
This is a big moment for Brellium — and for the providers we serve.
Brellium is healthcare’s AI-powered clinical compliance platform. Today, we help over 250,000 providers across all 50 states ensure that every patient visit is documented to meet the highest standards for clinical quality and billing compliance. Our customers span Behavioral Health, ABA, Home Health, Hospice, Weight Loss, Chronic Care Management, Primary Care, and more.
From Pain Point to Platform
Chart auditing is one of the biggest pain points in healthcare today. The early days of Brellium were marked by long conversations with providers about how difficult it is to ensure every one of their patient visits met clinical quality and billing standards.
Despite pouring countless hours into chart auditing, manual review process was falling short. Manual chart reviews are labor-intensive, prone to errors, and fail to scale with growing patient volumes. This forces clinics to choose between compliance and efficiency—a lose-lose scenario.
Today, the outlook is much brighter. Brellium’s platform enables clinics to audit every single patient visit for both billing and clinical quality standards — without the manual workload. Our customers can now leverage their chart data to scale their quality assurance process and meet billing standards every single time.
Built With Providers, For Providers
From day one, we’ve built Brellium alongside the teams who use it — and we’re incredibly grateful to the customers who helped shape what the platform is today.
We’re proud to partner with leading clinical organizations including Headspace, Rula, Grow Therapy, Hopebridge, and dozens more across the country.
Special thanks to early champions like Rivky Lasker, Aaron Nussbaum, Alexis Hernandez, and so many others who shared ideas, feedback, and trust when Brellium was just getting started.
Improving the Quality of Care in the US Healthcare System
This funding moves us closer towards achieving our mission: to improve the quality of care in the U.S. healthcare system. We’ve helped improve documentation for millions of patient visits — and we’re building towards millions more.
To our current customers: thank you for betting on us early. And to those interested in how you can elevate your clinical documentation quality, now’s a great time to see what Brellium can do.
With gratitude,
Zach, Henry, Max, and Alex
